You can call for:

  • 24-hour advice and support - for you, your child, your parent or someone you care for
  • help to speak to a mental health professional
  • an assessment to help decide on the best course of care

Talking therapy on the NHS

Talking therapies can help with common mental health problems like stress, anxiety and depression.

They can also help with things like:

  • panic and agoraphobia
  • other phobias
  • obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
  • post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
  • irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • body dysmorphic disorder

Haringey mental health service - Let's Talk

Let's Talk is a free NHS, psychological therapy service offering support for a range of common mental health difficulties .

We accept referrals from anyone over the age of 16 who is registered at a GP Practice in the Haringey area.
